Payments 

For our International and EU customers we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and bbhugme gift cards. In addition, we offer express checkout with PayPal. 

We cannot split payments between credit cards. Please note all orders are subject to review.   

VAT and other import taxes 

Please note that when ordering goods to be received outside the European Union, VAT is not applicable and thus the order's sales price will not be subject to VAT.  

 When ordering to a country outside the European Union you may have to pay an extra tax / customs fee depending on the value/ weight of your order. These duties are established by the country the goods are delivered into, and we at bbhugme do not have any influence over it. For more information, please contact your local customs office as they will be able to assist you further. 

Refunds 

All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Refunds can take up to 2-4 weeks for shipping, processing, and for customers to receive a refund on their account statement. Find more information about our returns, claims, and refunds.
