• After you have placed an order with bbhugme you will receive a confirmation via email to the email-address provided at checkout. 
• You will receive additional emails with tracking information and updates on your order status 
• If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your promotions and spam folders before contacting customer service. 

Delivery Times 

We currently have a warehouse in Sweden that serves our E.U., Canadian, and other international customers. 

At bbhugme we currently use DHL Express for all global and E.U. orders. Delivery times are 2-5 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Costs 

We offer free shipping on all orders over € 110 delivered within the E.U. This policy unfortunately does not apply to orders delivered outside the E.U.  

Shipping costs for orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold can vary dependent on the items in your order and are determined by a 3rd party logics warehouse.  

Europe (E.U. only):

€ 46-109: € 15 
€ 110 and up: Free 

Europe (non-E.U.):

€ 46-109: € 15

Canada:

VAT and Other Import Taxes 

Please note that when ordering goods to be received outside the European Union, VAT is not applicable and thus the order's sales price will not be subject to VAT. 

When ordering to a country outside the European Union you may have to pay an extra tax / customs fee depending on the value/ weight of your order. These duties are established by the country the goods are delivered into, and we at bbhugme do not have any influence over it.
