A two-in-one product, the bbhugme Pregnancy Support Belt combines the benefits of a belly band and a pelvic support belt by stabilizing and supporting your belly, hips, pelvis, and lower back while keeping your core muscles activated.
Developed in Norway by health professionals specialized in maternity care, this adjustable belt gives you a feeling of stability in your pelvis and allows for easier movement and mobility during pregnancy. Please see the product menu below for information on use, sizing, and care.
To put on the belt: pull the belt up over your hips like a skirt, pulling from the bottom, not the top. Place the belt higher for relief of lower back and SI-joint pain. Position the belt lower on your hips for hip and pubis symphysis pain.
Tighten the Velcro straps to secure the belt for walking/activity and loosen them when sitting down. The belt should provide support without being uncomfortable or restrictive

To measure for the correct size: find your hip bone and measure around your hips, then refer to our sizing guide to select the correct size.
Machine washable (max. 30°C) with similar colors. Do not tumble dry. Attach Velcro before adding to washing machine. Always attach Velcro when not in use.
